I started as a learner at The Learning Foundry, signed up for do my Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 3 in Housing Practice and progressed to my CIH Level 4. 

We encourage people from all backgrounds to sign up to our apprenticeship programmes no matter what stage of life they’re at. Dylan Wilson joined The Learning Foundry straight from high school. Since then, he has completed his Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship, and started a second qualification in Level 3 Business Administration.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we’ve been catching up with some of our graduates about why a course with The Learning Foundry was the right choice for them.  

Jenny Bithell, People Services Team Leader at The Regenda Group excelled in our Team Leader Supervisor apprenticeship, achieving Distinctions across the board.  

Thanks to the public’s vote, short film ‘Locked Away’ featuring some of our students, commissioned at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, has been shortlisted for an award!
