As National Apprenticeship Week is upon us, we wanted to see the tangible difference our programmes have on our learners, the places they work and the people we work with.
Sean Rothwell, the Head of People Services at The Regenda Group, has seen multiple colleagues flourish after completing apprenticeships and traineeships with The Learning Foundry. We caught up with Sean to discuss wins he has seen across the business as a result of employee involvement with The Learning Foundry.
Staff from across The Regenda Group have taken part in a variety of different courses, from accredited, industry recognised International Leadership and Management programmes up to Level 5, a range of housing qualifications and customer service traineeships.
Staff who take part in courses with The Learning Foundry have more confidence in their own ability, no matter where they are positioned across the business.
The training provided gives learners diversity in their thinking which has a positive impact on their ability to meet the Group’s business aims.
After seeing these benefits, the learners understand the importance of lifelong learning, setting a positive example to other staff members.
