The Learning Foundry are a ‘Good’ training provider
The Learning Foundry had a visit from Ofsted this August for the first time since 2019. We caught up with Pete, our Head of Quality and Curriculum, to talk us through the latest Ofsted inspection.
The Learning Foundry is a good place to learn, work and be.
“I’ve been working in education for over 30 years, and in quality for over 20 years.
“I first came to The Learning Foundry on a temporary project of staff and I jumped at the opportunity to work here long term.
“The Learning Foundry is a place people choose to be. Whether that’s as a learner or an employee, and that’s because of the team we are.”
We are ‘One Team’ - that really shone through at our latest Ofsted inspection.
“Learners are at the heart of everything we do. Every member of staff at The Learning Foundry does their best to help learners achieve their goals and aspirations.
“Learners have a programme that is tailored to them, to ensure that the team at The Learning Foundry can provide them with everything they need to achieve their goals and fulfill their potential.
“Coming to TLF gives learners the opportunity to be ambitious for their future. Some of our learners come to us so unsure about what they want to do, and with a negative experience of education. It’s exciting for us at The Learning Foundry to be the first training provider to give them a positive experience of learning.”
We listen to our learners, identify their needs and goals and then support them to get there.
