Right now we've got more than 20 hospitality roles up for grabs with The Marriott Hotel and The Halyard Hotel in Liverpool. We're even giving you 3 weeks of training before going to a GUARANTEED interview with our brilliant employers.
What job roles are available?
We're got ten or more Food and Beverage Associate roles at Marriott and at least ten Food and Drink Team Member roles at The Halyard Hotel. Both hotels are looking to hire multiple people to deliver great customer service to their customers.
What do the roles involve?
These roles are all about great customer service and providing a great experience. You will:
- Provide outstanding service to guests
-
Take guests’ food and beverage orders and making recommendations on menu items
-
Work with kitchen teams to ensure all customers enjoy quick and efficient service, and check with them that the meal is meeting their expectations 
-
Ensure that the restaurant is set up and ready for each service period
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety regulations at all times.

What training will I receive?
During your three weeks of training you will get the knowledge and skills to make you a great candidate, before you progress to your interview with the employer. Including:

Introduction to the catering and hospitality industry

Level 1 Award in Customer Service training

Barista Training

Level 1 Award in Occupational studies

Time Management
-
Teamwork
-
Maintenance of safe, hygienic, and secure working environment

CV writing

Interview skills
