Plus, lots of these roles are accessible via an apprenticeship, supporting people to take that first career step while earning a real living wage.
Upskilling for housing professionals
The Choose Housing campaign also illuminates opportunities for progression for those people already working in the housing sector. At The Learning Foundry, our Level 4 and 5 Certificate and Diploma in Housing Practice are designed to help housing managers and directors ensure they are leading by example and implementing up to date industry knowledge and modelling professional competencies in their leadership of people and processes in housing.
