Learners who complete the programme will achieve a City & Guilds Level 3 in Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management.

Who is eligible for this course?
This course is fully funded for adults aged 19 and over who:
- Do not have an existing Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Are unemployed or earning less than £31,600.40
